REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR PRESCHOOL
Registration information for the 2023-24 school year
Currently Enrolled; Alumni; and Legacy family registration
Please note that all children enrolling MUST meet age requirements for the class they are registering for.
Currently Enrolled, Alumni, and Legacy families can submit registrations on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 through Thursday, January 12, 2023. We will then place children in this order: Currently Enrolled (children that were enrolled for the 2022-23 school year), Alumni (a child previously attended A Child’s Way) and Legacy (parent attended A Child’s Way), then New Families. If more children want a particular class then there are available openings, we will hold a lottery (again this is NOT a first-come, first served process). If a lottery is needed, children will be placed in this order: currently enrolled, alumni/legacy, new families. If you do not get your first choice, we will place you on the first choice wait list, and then place you in your next available choice. We will then email you with your placement. To accept your placement, you must pay the registration fee and the May 2024 tuition payment within 72 hours of receiving your notification of placement and invoice for payment. Once received, this payment is non-transferable and non-refundable and guarantees the placement. If we do not receive your payment your application will be cancelled. Payments will be made online via Authorize.net (Bank of America).
New Family Registration

Families new to A Child's Way can submit an online application no earlier then January 21st. Applications submitted prior to January 21st will not be placed. To register: go to the homepage of our website, www.achildsway.com and click on the "Register Online" button in the yellow banner. Once submitted, we will offer you a placement based on openings available after our Current family/alumni/legacy registration. To accept your placement, you must pay the registration fee and the May 2024 tuition payment within 72 hours of receiving your notification of placement and invoice for payment. Once received, this payment is non-transferable and non-refundable and guarantees the placement. If we do not receive your payment your application will be cancelled. Payments will be made online via Authorize.net (Bank of America).
Registration will remain open until classes are filled. You will be required to pay a Registration Fee and May 2024 tuition to secure the placement.

Registration Information for the 2023-24 school year:
- Please review our Health & Safety Policy and Financial Policies BEFORE you apply. You will be asked to agree to the Health & Safety Policy in September. You will be asked to agree to the Financial Policy when you accept your placement.
- Currently enrolled, alumni and legacy family registration: Currently enrolled families at A Child’s Way, along with alumni / legacy, will register on Tuesday, January 10th through Thursday, January 12th online. To register, go to the homepage of our website: www.achildsway.com and click the "Register Online" button in the yellow banner. Children who are currently enrolled at A Child’s Way are guaranteed placement in our school next year. However, we cannot guarantee a specific class. Once currently enrolled children are placed, we will place any siblings of enrolled children, then alumni/ legacy. Any child repeating Pre-K will be guaranteed a 4-day Pre-K class placement. If too many children are registered for a specific class, we will have an in-school lottery to determine class placement. For those of you who did not receive your first choice, you will be placed on the Wait List for your first choice and offered the next available open placement. You will be required to pay a Registration Fee.Class placement is not based on a first-come, first-served basis. Rather, we will wait until all applications are received on Thursday, January 12th at 4:00 pm before making class placements through the lottery process.

Open House for the 2023-24 school year is Saturday, January 21st from 10:00-noon.
