NOTE: You will need to submit this registration form for each child you are registering.

CLASS OFFERINGS

Once your request is submitted, we will enroll your child in available open spots and then inform you of your placement via email. You will receive a second email from Authorize.net (Bank of America) to pay your nonrefundable registration fee and/or May 2024 tuition online by the due date to secure placement. If your child does not get their first choice, they will be placed on the wait list for their first choice and offered a placement based on the class choice rankings (as available).

FIRST CHOICE:*

Please indicate your first choice of class you want your child to attend (must meet the age requirement for class - see chart).

If you chose TWOS & Parent Class, please rank your preference of which day you prefer.

(Ex: 1. Friday, 2. Wedn, 3. Monday)

SECOND CHOICE:

2nd choice for Pre-K and 3's classes.

THIRD CHOICE:

3rd choice for Pre-K classes.
